Meet Your Therapist

Hi! My name is Ananya Pandey. I am a Counselling Psychologist and passionate advocate for mental wellness. I’ve always wanted to apply a scientific side to human behaviour, thoughts, emotions and feelings while also looking at their practical application in our daily lives which is where my passion for this field stems from. Outside of work, I am a trained Bharatnatyam dancer and find joy in reading, writing blogs, watching comfort TV shows, taking long walks, and spending quality time with friends and family. I am passionate about traveling and exploring new cultures, which enriches my understanding of the world and the people in it.
